New team members and a new department!

Trava is delighted to welcome two people to our all new Customer Success & Support Team. We listened to our customers who were asking for more ongoing support to ensure that they can maximise the value of our services.

We discovered that many customers were using some of our automation services but not maximising their value. Fare Optimisation & Automating unused tickets can deliver exceptional business results, typically €4 per PNR in additional profit. Our new team is going to work very hard with our customers to ensure that they get full value from their Trava solutions.  Further down the line we plan to grow the Customer Success & Support Team so we can offer a fuller outsourced/BPO service.

So let’s introduce our two new Trava colleagues.

Vishal Vadher is heading up the team. He is a very experienced professional having worked with OTAs & TMCs in both the UK and US. His interest in joining Trava came from the moment he saw and understood how much Trava could have changed his work. He was used to slow, manual processes and complex Excel spreadsheets and he knew first hand how this inefficient, manual work left him unable to focus on more valuable work with his accounts and customers.

In his spare time, Vishal has an unusual hobby, – collecting training shoes…..you can ask him anytime for expert guidance on your next purchase.

Marwa Helmy joins having worked on the airline side of the industry and has a very strong DNA in customer service! She will be also be responsible for invoicing and reporting as well as supporting our marketing efforts. Most of all, she loves the thought of helping our customers to get more out of Trava.  Away from work Marwa has a passion for astrology.
